Our Primary care physician clinic is here..Dr. Amy Hooberman is her name. In all the years of our lives, Dr Hooberman is the best we've ever had. Doctors at University Of Michigan are literally fighting for their existence. Insurance companies have become obstacles; however, the greater the obstacles the more glory in overcoming it! If you love your Doctors support them or forever hold your peace.

whoever designed this place needs a reality check. majority coming here are seeking labwork & xray etc- parking is abysmal, then once inside you have to find your way thru a huge empty cavernous maze of building, w/ ZERO acitivty, weave around to a tiny room with four chairs, and countless people waiting, coming, going- super high traffic,.super huge number of people. absolutely crazy there is so much empty unused space in this place and the actual busy space is this badly designed. people lined up in the hall. ridiculous!

Great for the old people they always get my grandmother in and out very quickly and she says they're nice people and she really likes them so I would highly recommend this particular office they have a whole group of good doctors that work at that office so any one of them would be good for you if you're in need of a geriatric doctor!!!!

My mother who has been in extreme pain with unmanaged arthritis had an appointment with a rheumatologist at the geriatric center today. We logged on to go to the appointment only to find it had been canceled by UM within the portal and rescheduled for weeks from now. They didn’t call, there was no notification of cancelation and the idea that they would expect geriatric patients to be aware of portal changes UM initiates is absurd. My mom is almost 80 and I came over to help her attend the virtual appointment because it would have been challenging for her on her own to even do that. That UM’s Geriatrics Center thinks this is an acceptable way to treat geriatric patients is pathetic. Now my mom must continue to stay on Opioids for pain relief until she can be seen (unless they cancel without telling us again). This is not how you treat people, especially older individuals who have specific needs that one would assume a geriatric center would take into account. I did call and try to get an explanation but of course there was none. I was told this is the best they can do. Do better!
